Dave Buznik, a mild-mannered businessman, finds himself in a court-ordered anger management program after a misunderstanding on a flight. Under the unorthodox tutelage of the volatile Dr. Buddy Rydell, Dave must navigate a series of infuriating challenges that put his temperament to the test, leading him to question whether his teacher is there to help or to push him over the edge.
